Virtually every piece or part we touch at Modform has some form of regulatory requirements guiding its fit and finish. Hydraulic sealing systems, whether for large or small cylinders, require close tolerances measured in tens of thousands of an inch.

Achieving this micro-finish surfacing is part of our every day operations, employing CNC cylindrical grinders for the cylinder rod and honing machines for the cylinder housing. We have ground parts for brake components manufacturers and hydraulic cylinder manufacturers alike.
