More than 40 CNC lathes, mills and screw machines stand ready to produce both long production runs and short run prototypes. Modform's skilled machinists quickly set up to produce precision turned and/or milled parts, meeting the exactitude demanded by our Quality Assurance staff. Because that's what our customer's expect!

We routinely work in all the standard ferrous and non-ferrous materials, from bar, flat or square stock; and are equally proficient in alloys and polymers. Secondary operations such as Tapping, Drilling, Welding, Honing and Precision Grinding allow us to create individual components within required tolerances and finishes, as well as small sub-assemblies.

It is routine for our machinists to employ fixtures that permit multiple operations from a single set-up. The bottom line is that Modform delivers competitive priced solutions under short deadlines that are managed to meet OEM delivery requirements.
